Event orders: No refunds, exchanges or ticket transfers to another event.
For events: There are no mailed tickets. Choose "store pick up" when checking out if you plan on attending an event.  You give your name at the door- we do not physically mail tickets.  Only choose shipping if you need the books shipped to you *after* an event.
